This special event is designed to bring our young adults with cancer (ages 18-39) and their families together to have a great time at the Los Angeles Zoo. RYAN GORDY & AYA@USC WELLNESS BRUNCH
It's Summer Brunch time! We are hosting a Wellness Brunch in collaboration with the Ryan Gordy Foundation on Saturday, July 20th, 2024, from 10 AM to 12 PM. There will be guest lectures on navigating fertility, mental wellness, and nutrition during any stage of cancer survivorship. There will also be different Wellness Exercises to discover what works for you! And, of course, a yummy brunch at the beautiful Rafi Lounge. Feel free to bring a guest with you. We hope to see you there!

THE ABC’S OF GRIEF
There are some losses that are easy to identify - for example, losing one’s keys or the death of a loved one. There are losses that are imperceptible even to the individual but can still be mourned. This workshop will help participants identify losses and recommend ways of coping with this ubiquitous phenomenon and ways that can be transformative.

Navigating health care after a cancer diagnosis can be challenging without a health care team. Join us for a panel discussion focused on strategies for communicating with your health care team about cancer. The panel will include a survivor, a caregiver and healthcare providers.
