TURNING PAIN INTO ART: AYA MONTHLY WRITING WORKSHOP WITH HOLLY SIDELL AND PATSY NOAH

In this healing writing workshop, participants use carefully selected quotes as a starting point to reflect on their journey. This guided session offers a safe space to express feelings, uncover hidden emotions, and find meaning in your challenges. Whether you're newly diagnosed, in treatment, in recovery, a caregiver, or a loved one, this workshop provides a supportive community where you can connect with others and find healing through the art of writing.

Holly Sidell is a writer and stage performer whose award-winning solo show, 'Deconstructing Holly,' explored how her journey with breast cancer & the ovarian cancer BRCA gene helped her deconstruct – and redefine – her own meaning of womanhood, to break free from crushing societal pressures, expectations, and stereotypes. She is grateful to work with the cancer community, integrating the power of writing with her background as a Reiki Healer to help others tap into their own magic for healing and self-expression.

Patsy Noah is an avid reader and writer who has facilitated journaling workshops for many years. She comes from a family of writers and has a background in visual design and education. Patsy is an advocate for children’s mental health and wellness and supports many organizations in this field.
