This monthly workshop welcomes anyone affected by cancer—patients, survivors, and caregivers—who wants to put their experiences, emotions, and insights into words, whether for personal healing, creative expression, or to craft something intended to reach others. Each session offers a theme to spark inspiration and creates space for your story to unfold, helping you release stuck energy, connect with your inner voice, and transform your experiences into something meaningful.
Holly Sidell is a writer and stage performer whose award-winning solo show, 'Deconstructing Holly,' explored how her journey with breast cancer & the ovarian cancer BRCA gene helped her deconstruct – and redefine – her own meaning of womanhood, to break free from crushing societal pressures, expectations, and stereotypes. She is grateful to work with the cancer community, integrating the power of writing with her background as a Reiki Healer to help others tap into their own magic for healing and self-expression.
