There are some losses that are easy to identify - for example, losing one's keys or the death of a loved one. There are other losses that are imperceptible even to the individual but still cause us to grieve and can be mourned.
This workshop will help participants identify losses and recommend ways of coping with this ubiquitous phenomenon.
