This monthly workshop welcomes anyone affected by cancer—patients, survivors, and caregivers—who wants to put their experiences, emotions, and insights into words, whether for personal healing, creative expression, or to craft something intended to reach others. Each session offers a theme to spark inspiration and creates space for your story to unfold, helping you release stuck energy, connect with your inner voice, and transform your experiences into something meaningful. On April 15, we have invited three AYAs as our special guests to share their stories with us and explain how writing has transformed their lives. Patsy Noah is an avid reader and writer who has facilitated journaling workshops for many years. She comes from a family of writers and has a background in visual design and education. Patsy is an advocate for children’s mental health and wellness, supporting many organizations in this field.
